This person will work directly with business owners and entrepreneurs to resolve questions or challenges with City process and to help make connections to City and community resources. They will also conduct outreach on behalf of the team and on targeted City issues. The City is hoping to find a candidate that has experience with customer/constituent services, and has background in either City processes and regulation or experience with business support organizations (e.g. small business development centers, business associations, etc). Language skills, particularly Spanish, preferred.
