September 19 Business Forum will feature Izzy’s Ice Cream

The next East Downtown Council Business Forum is scheduled for Thursday, September 19.  It will take place at the Red Cross located at 1201 West River Parkway (please park at PadillaCRT).  Registration and lunch will start at 11:30 a.m., with the EDC update and guest speaker commencing at Noon.

The September forum will feature Izzy’s Ice Cream.  Izzy’s owner Jeff Sommers will provide an overview of his business and talk about why he decided to build his new manufacturing facility in the Mill District.  After Sommer’s presentation, we will walk over to Izzy’s for a tour, and maybe a sample of ice cream.  Please RSVP by no later than Monday, September 16.
