Elliot Park Neighborhood Inc (EPNI)
Executive Director: WakoEPNI represents the Elliot Park neighborhood in the northern half of East Town and is one of Minneapolis’s oldest neighborhoods, with plots set for housing as early as 1856. Read more here.
