Thank you to everyone that attended the February 26, business forum. The presentation is now available via the link below:
Unfortunately, due to illness, Minneapolis Fed President Neel Kashkari was not be able to participate in this month’s business forum. Instead, for our feature presentation, we welcomed former Minnesota State Supreme Court Justice Alan Page and Alene Tchourumoff, the Minneapolis Fed’s senior vice president of community development and engagement.
Page and Tchourumoff provided an overview of the Minneapolis Federal Reserve’s work and outreach activities, with a special focus on efforts to secure a fundamental right for all Minnesota children in our state’s constitution: the right to a quality public education. On February 26, legislation was introduced to put the proposed constitutional amendment on the ballot for Minnesota voters.
Thank you to SMG and the MSFA for hosting us at US Bank Stadium. Thank you to our event sponsor Thrivent. Thank you also to MRA for hosting an information table.
