Mayor Rybak and the City of Minneapolis CPED Department leaders (Jeremy Willis, Director of CPED, Kjersti Monson, Director of Long Range Planning, Beth Elliott, Principal City Planner, discussing the new parking lot study) discuss their emerging leadership model and the most pressing development opportunities in the East Downtown District.
