IT’S TIME TO RENEW: East Town Business Partnership 2019-2020 Membership Campaign

June 25, 2019 By EDC

WE ARE NOW ACCEPTING RENEWING AND NEW MEMBERS FOR 2019-2020

As a member of the East Town Business Partnership, your voice and your insight are critically important to our leading our efforts to make this a better district for your business to thrive and a great place to live, dine, recreate and enjoy our wonderful city.

First organized in 1979 the East Town Business Partnership is in its 40th year of service to the community. In the 40th year we are celebrating the fact that East Town is thriving and continues to become the place we have all for many years wished it could be: The Commons park is at our heart; our big, gleaming stadium stands proud over the city skyline; new large and small corporate offices bring thousands into our midst every day; there is a richness of restaurant and entertainment options that never existed before; and our district is the welcome sign into downtown for tens of thousands of light rail riders every day. We are now in the thick of the city life and it is a great place to be located.

Our organization is working harder than ever – more effectively than ever – to advocate for your business’s success in this growing, prospering district each and every day. Our goal is to help you to create the long term economic vitality and opportunity that benefits you as well as everyone who lives, recreates and works here.

So today we are asking you to continue to provide the leadership we all rely upon in our district by renewing your membership in the East Town Business Partnership. When your business is a member of ETBP you and all of your employees are members as well, entitled to the full range of ETBP resources designed to help your business thrive. The value and tangible benefits you receive include:

  • Official representation for Downtown East and Elliot Park businesses
  • Direct access to civic leaders
  • Enhanced business visibility via logo link on website and directory listing
  • Educational presentations at members’ locations
  • Influential representation on area development plans and initiatives
  • Economic development support via collaboration with area neighborhood associations
  • Wide reaching networking opportunities
  • Eligibility to serve on the East Town Business Partnership Board of Directors

Today we are asking you to consider membership at Gold, Diamond or Platinum levels so you can be a leader by working with us to better facilitate our communication, technology, and collaboration capacities. Your leadership will help us in the coming years to actively bring a focus on economic opportunity for small businesses, and minority and woman owned businesses in our district and to promoting the Park and Portland Avenue Corridors as mixed use successes that bind the vitality of the Downtown East/The Mill District and Elliot park together.

Renewing your membership is simple. Please follow this web link and renew today https://easttownmpls.org/etbp-membership/ to work with us to make this district as great as it can be.

Working Together,

John Campobasso
ETBP Board President
